Road Safety Education Program (RSEP)
The Road Safety Education Program (RSEP) is structured into four phases, alternating between theoretical courses (12 modules numbered 1 to 12) and practical training (15 driving sessions). The program totals:

Online Theoretical Modules (via Zoom) :
Each theoretical module lasts 2 hours, including:
A welcome period at the start of the session,
A coffee break,
The course content.
Note: Some modules may end earlier depending on the content.
Registration Steps
Step 1: Verify Prerequisites
Before registering, review the SAAQ website for the requirements to obtain a Class 5 driver’s license:

Important: If any medical condition or functional impairment listed in the form applies to you, contact the SAAQ by phone before registering. You may need to undergo a medical or visual examination to confirm your eligibility for a driver’s license.
Step 2: Initial Payment
To complete your registration, choose one of the following payment options:
Payment at the office: A school representative will contact you to process an initial payment of $350, which includes mandatory learning materials.
E-Transfer: Send the initial payment of $350 to the following email address: [email protected].
Step 3: Select Learning Materials
Choose one mandatory theoretical manual and one mandatory practical manual in your preferred language (see the list of products below).
Step 4: Register for the First Phase
Select the group corresponding to the first phase of your training.
